Calibration and Verification Certification is provided on most equipment after service/repair as per medical equipment product safety compliance standards.

Medical equipment or electro-medical devices needs to be regularly inspected, serviced and performance tested to ensure that the device is, in compliance with the regulatory standards, and in correct working condition that does not pose any level of hazard to the health care provider using it or the patient it is used on.

 

During servicing/repairs done by LiGE’s Clinical Engineers, various tests are done to ensure the medical device complies with an acceptable level of safety, quality, and performance to ensure the equipment is safe to use.
